County Property Group directors, Christopher Bean and Gary McMurray, embarked on their partnership nearly two decades ago after beginning their careers in Engineering and Property Consulting firms. Today, County Property Group has carved a niche in the marketplace as a provider of comprehensive industrial and land development – encompassing site acquisition, financing, project management and marketing. Whether it is a boutique villa, townhouse project or a vast masterplanned community, County Property Group has the expertise to develop your project from start to finish.

In the past decade County Property Group has also undertaken its own developments, both independently and through joint ventures.
